Senior Project Manager - Portfolio Manager|
Experiences you will gain:
1. Driving I&R Objectives.
Partner with the PMO Managers and NUSA Divisions to understand the NUSA I&R Portfolio
Reconcile strategic business plan targets (revenue, profit) with current initiative pipeline, identify and communicate gaps along with gap-closing proposals
2. Proposing I&R Resources to deliver I&R Objectives and ensure that allocated Resources are balanced against the confirmed Envelopes.
Highlight additional resources required to optimize the I&R Portfolio or support new projects.
Facilitate choice, trade-offs, prioritization of projects and guides allocation of available Resources.
3. Evaluating and prioritizing I&R Projects (in the context of the I&R Portfolio) from an objective standpoint, and calibrating the assessment with Project and Leadership Teams.
Confirm evaluation and prioritization criteria with the Leadership team.
2. Executing I&R Portfolio governance.
Orchestrate review meetings on a relevant cycle for the I&R Portfolio.
Objectively analyses the I&R Portfolio and highlights gaps versus I&R Objectives and targets.
Proactively provides solutions to optimize the I&R Portfolio and guides Leadership Teams decisions.
Effectively Communicate decisions and post-evaluation learnings of the I&R Portfolio to the relevant Leadership Teams.
Provide status to the Leadership Team on Programs if they exist in the I&R Portfolio.
Provide regular transparency on the I&R Portfolio to the Leadership Teams
Drive continuous improvement in portfolio reporting (including technology platforms)
3. Managing projects and programs.
Apply project management principles to ensure the on-time launch and execution of complex projects (i.e. above market programs, breakthrough innovation, capital investment). Activities include:
Leading the alignment of the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project with key stakeholders
Leading the definition and communication of project scope, objectives and expectations
Identifying project resource requirements and escalating resource constraints
Building and managing the project schedule, defining the critical path, tracking activities to ensure functional team members are meeting agreed upon deadlines, generating and communicating status reports, and escalating critical issues.
Preventive management of roadblocks and generation of risk mitigation plans
Providing transparency and communication on project status and risks to cross functional team members, Project Management Lead and Business Leadership Team
4. Managing processes:
Responsible for the application, execution, and continuous improvement of NUSAs I&R processes.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
Minimum BA/BS required
Portfolio Management Certification required
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred
Minimum 10 years of cross-functional team experience, preferably at CPG. Applicable backgrounds including but not limited to Strategy, Marketing, Research & Development and Finance
Minimum 3 year experience as a Portfolio Manager
Project Management experience preferred
Prior CPG experience preferred
